Hi, I’ m Johannes
– a former manager turned life explorer who’s navigating the beautiful chaos of raising two daughters. After years of leading teams in the banking industry, I’ve discovered that my most important management role is being Dad. The office has been traded for a spot at the kitchen table, where homework help and heart-to-heart conversations now fill my days.
My journey as dad has taught me more than any management book ever could. Here I share the insights I wish someone had whispered in my ear years ago – from balancing career ambitions with family life to knowing which flavour of ice cream heals a broken heart.
I like photography and hiking (great for capturing our family fun) and studying coaching and stress management methods (which, weirdly, helps with bedtime negotiations).
